Main Street Funding Group is now recruiting for the following positions:

          ◊ Loan Officers,

          ◊ Loan Officer Trainees &

          ◊ Marketing Reps

The ideal candidates will be career focused, with integrity, professionalism and self motivation. We welcome driven sales professionals whom would like to earn a solid income working for themselves. Those whom have management experience and/or experience building sales teams would be ideal. Mortgage and sales experience is a plus, but not required. Regardless of your experience, you will have access to a management team of mortgage professionals who are willing to assist with loan placement, client retention and new business development. We provide a friendly atmosphere, direct access to investors, and bring state of the art processing technology, including 24-hour loan status reports, web based access to lender list, forms, marketing materials, leads and much more.

Compensation and commissions will be based on the experience and education of the individual.

Compensation may include -

          ◊ Commissions up to 75%

          ◊ Refi Leads

          ◊ In-house Processing and Underwriting

          ◊ Opportunity to Open an Independent Branch office

          ◊ A dedicated Account Executive and processor to handle your loans personally, allowing more
              time for originating. You determine your own yield spread and origination points

          ◊ Marketing support and materials

          ◊ Private Banking Capabilities to include Stated Private Placement Programs &

          ◊ Opportunity to earn mortgage monies for sales / placements of our current
              Bahamas Residential Community Development Project
